Service Description

Very limited number of spaces as group sizes are kept small allowing you to get more value in your experience. 2 Equine Savvy Instructors with a maximum of 5 students per group This year we will be going back to the New Forest. This is an advanced holiday so you willl need to be confident and have experience with Claire trotting & cantering with groups. Then in the evening we will come together for a social evening, families welcome. You need to apply for these courses and you must have completed the hacking project or equilivent time with Claire/ Rosie. Horses and humans need to have a good level of skills & group riding provided on the hacking project. *Due to the distance we recommend arriving the day before the course starts and leaving the day after. * We will book the pens accordingly ONLY 6 PLACES AVAILABLE PLEASE NOTE; We will reserve pens / stables for horses under our booking these are charged at £15/night. At the time of launching the event there is plenty of availability for students to stay HOWEVER THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING AND MUST BE ORGANISED SEPARATELY. If booking with the venue itself please let them know you are with Rosie & Claire so they keep the group together where possible. You are welcome to organise to stay locally too as we will be onsite with the horses.

Cancellation Policy

Updated on 14th November 2023 Courses; All courses require non-refundable 50% deposit on booking to secure your place. The remainder balance will be due 2 months before. If you need to cancel your place up to two months before the event, you can request to transfer to another course free of charge.  If your horse has an injury or lameness within the last 2 months, you will be permitted to transfer 50% of the payment (excluding any school hire fee ES will have incurred) to another future course. This will not be refunded only used as credit and must be used within the year from the transfer date.  Any students who are on payment plans are also subject to these conditions.  Lessons; All lessons payment will be required on booking. Cancellations are ONLY transferable to another date if we receive a minimum of 4 weeks notice or we can fill your lesson slot. So advanced notice is preferable.  We understand that horses can go lame close to the event. If this is the case then 50% of the lesson will be credited to your account (must be used within the year). However, if we are already on our way to you then a theory and simulation session will be organised to allow you to make the most of your time.  If Equine Savvy need to cancel a course or lesson for any reason then you will be offered an alternative date or you can keep the full amount in credit for up to 2 years, for use on any course, lesson or event with Equine Savvy Instructors.
